Meet Your Homeowners' Board
Behind every service we provide is a dedicated group of Homeowner Board members, each bringing their unique expertise and enthusiasm to our community.
DeNaia Andrews- President
The HOA President serves as the executive office of the board of directors. The president is responsible for running meetings, establishing the agenda and executing contracts and other legal documents pertaining to the HOA. The HOA is represented by the president in outside meetings or events affecting the community.
Rodney Feagins-Vice President/ Architectural Chair
Mr. Feagins services in 2 different positions within the HOA Board. As VP of the HOA, he shares many of the leadership and procedural duties along with the president. The VP's responsibility includes that order is maintained during meetings, and serving as an informed source regarding association rules, by-laws and governing documents.
As Architectural Chair he is responsible for maintaining the aesthetic and structural integrity of the association and enforcing the Covenants of Tyler Loop Cove. The AC will review and approve any application for modifications, additions or architectural changes within the community.
Pat Crenshaw- Secretary
The HOA secretary maintains the associations meeting minutes and official records, reviewing and updating documents as required and ensuring they are stored safely and accessible to association members. She is also responsible for providing notice of meeting as well as distributing documents, such as official records, agendas, and minute meetings on a timely basis to association members or their authorized representatives. The Secretary ensures that the association meets all legal documentation requirements and annual filing deadlines.

Our purpose and commitment
The Tyler Loop Cove Homeowners Association, Inc. exists to ensure the efficient preservation of the appearance, value, and amenities of the property within our residential subdivision. This is subject to the Declaration of Protective Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions for Tyler Loop Cove, recorded on May 18, 2004. Our Board protects the interests of the community and its residents, ensuring the community's continued financial and physical viability. We take responsibility for paying community expenses and managing the upkeep and usage of common areas.

Rebuilding trust and enhancing our community
As your HOA board, we are committed to rebuilding trust within our community. We are conducting a comprehensive audit of HOA accounts and dues, prioritizing necessary repairs and regular upkeep of our community park and neighborhood street lights. We are also establishing clear, reliable ways for you to contact us with questions or concerns. Our goal is to ensure that our community operates fairly, transparently, and in a way that benefits everyone.

What we do for our residents
The HOA Association maintains shared spaces, enforces neighborhood standards, and manages community finances. All these actions are driven by the ultimate goals of protecting property values and ensuring a cohesive living environment for everyone in Tyler Loop Cove. We strive to create a place where residents feel proud to live.

Homeowners Associations foster community by organizing social events, maintaining shared amenities, and facilitating communication.
