Community meeting notes and presentation slides
Thank you to all neighbors who joined us for our recent HOA community gathering. The full meeting minutes and PowerPoint presentation slides are now available for review. Stay up to date on board discussions, ongoing neighborhood projects, and key decisions impacting Tyler Loop Cove.
Important reminder regarding 2026 HOA dues
If you have not yet paid your 2026 HOA dues, there is still time to submit your payment. Because of the lateness in the year for collecting fees, all late fees and interest charges have been waived. We encourage all residents to submit their payments promptly to help maintain our shared spaces.
Tyler Loop Connections newsletter and roster update
The latest edition of our Tyler Loop Connections newsletter is now ready to view, and the next quarterly edition will be emailed directly to all residents. Please ensure the association has your current email address, full name, home address, and phone number so our community roster remains accurate. When sending in your details, please indicate whether you consent to having your contact information shared with fellow neighbors.
